how can i tell what the actual colors will look like in real life?

we can’t guarantee the colors of our products will look the same in person. the way colors appear on different computer monitors can vary greatly. we do however color match as well as possible, and we recommend viewing our site on an Apple computer with the screen brightness turned all the way up for the closest possible representation of true colors.


how long does it take to process and ship an order?

all in stock orders are processed and shipped within two business days. shipping time depends on carrier and location. Fedex Ground in the US usually takes 2-5 business days and Fedex international economy usually takes 5-8 business days.


what forms of payment do you accept?

we welcome all major credit cards, debit cards, cashier checks, and money orders. you can also visit our terms of sale page for more details.


is my personal data safe?

absolutely. we have a completely secure, encrypted checkout process that is verified by all the “big guns” like Chase, Visa, MasterCard, etc. our shopping cart is certified and checked daily by McAfee to insure all your data is safe.

you can see your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of every page.


do you charge sales tax or any transaction or handling fees?

nope. zero sales tax for all orders outside of Colorado, and all transaction and handling fees come out of our pocket, not yours. international customers may be charged taxes/duties by their government, which is out of our control.


do you accept international orders?

yes we do. we accept all forms of currency from around the world and welcome all international orders. international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and associated fees.


what is your return policy?

all returns/exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. just follow these instructions:


1. make sure any items you are sending back have not been worn, are neatly folded, back in the bags, with tags on, and ready for resale. we are unable to accept returns if an item has been worn, is dirty, etc. all returns/exchanges are subject to a 5-15% restocking fee. we usually waive this fee for exchanges, assuming the item/items are ready for resale. 


2. use a secure and trackable shipping method, we recommend Fedex. make sure to keep your tracking number until your return or exchange is fully processed.

3. include a note in the box with your name, order number, return shipping address, email address and phone number. please state what you would like us to do (a return or exchange) and if you would like an exchange, please check the website to be sure we have what you want in stock. 


for exchanges in the US, we are happy to pay for shipping back to you. we ask that international customers pay for shipping both ways. we will charge the credit card on file unless you instruct us to do otherwise. we'll look for your package and take care of it as soon as possible. thanks for your business!
